Celeste Alleyne Carr is a seasoned executive leader and event strategist with over three decades of distinguished experience at the intersection of corporate engagement, public affairs, community relations, event planning
and talent management.
Most recently, Celeste served as the Director of Executive Engagement and External Talent at Microsoft, where she was instrumental in managing the company’s global corporate events talent portfolio. She has worked on executive and elite events around the Globe including Davos' World Economic Forum, Aspen Ideas Festival, Las Vegas Consumer Economics Show, and various AI events throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
In this role, she also led a high-performing team responsible for orchestrating seamless event experiences—both digital and in-person—for Microsoft’s senior executives and a wide array of external talent, including celebrities, thought leaders, athletes, and entertainers. Under her leadership, her team collaborated with high-profile individuals such as Adam Grant, Indra Nooyi, Bob Iger, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Amal Clooney, Trevor Noah, Robin Arzon, and performers including Sting, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, Marcus Mumford, and Brandi Carlile.
